He spent nearly three decades with IKEA in senior regional management positions. Between 2009 and 2019, he led the company’s real estate expansion in Southeastern Europe, directing investment and development projects across Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Romania and Ukraine. The firm supports investors entering and expanding in Southeastern Europe and advises companies on corporate transformation, governance and professionalization, with particular focus on helping family-owned businesses strengthen their management structures and long-term competitiveness.

His governance experience includes service on IKEA regional and country boards; Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Investors Council in Serbia; Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the International School of Belgrade; and board roles with the Serbian Association of Managers, Novi Volvox, an established DIY and home improvement retailer in Montenegro, and Huma Kotor Bay Hotel & Villas, a luxury five-star hotel in Montenegro. He received a special award from the Embassy of Sweden in Serbia for his contribution to the development of Serbian–Swedish relations.

He holds a degree in Economics from The American College of Greece in Athens. He speaks Serbian, English and Swedish fluently, and Romanian conversationally.
