Danijela Vuksanović has many years of extensive banking experience at management positions.
As CMO of the Bank, she is accountable for the results in the domain of commercial affairs and sales in the segments of both retail and corporate clients, development of business strategies, with a focus on the bank’s products, channels and business models (CBS migrations and re-factoring, customer & card life cycle infrastructure set up, creating POS lending products, EoE digital sales processes implementation, development of systems for managing sales network performance).
She is dedicated to the advancement and implementation of the digital transformation strategy of the banking sector, as well as the process of transforming the banking business model. She has considerable experience and expertise in the area of ensuring the legality and full compliance of the bank’s operations as the member of the Management Board and of the Supervisory Board, with special focus on implementation of ECB legal framework and European business standards.
